Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Package Associate to join our team.This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required--full training will be provided to help you succeed.In this role, you will assist with preparing, organizing, and handling packages to ensure accurate and timely shipments.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment where everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow.Responsibilities Receive, sort, and organize incoming packages Pick and pack items accurately based on simple instructions Prepare packages for shipment, including sealing and labeling Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles as needed Keep work areas clean, safe, and well-organized Perform basic checks to ensure items are correct and undamaged Assist with inventory organization and restocking tasks Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily goals Qualifications No previous experience is required, as training will be provided You have basic English skills and can follow simple directions You are comfortable with picking & packing and packing tasks after training You work well in a team environment and support your coworkers You have strong attention to detail and complete tasks carefully You are dependable, punctual, and ready to learn You can stay organized and manage repetitive tasks effectively You have a positive attitude and are willing to take on new responsibilities Pay:$23.86 - $28.73 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:Remote.
