Job SummaryWe are hiring a Warehouse Package Associate to join our team in a fast-paced and supportive environment.This is an entry-level opportunity, and no previous experience is required--training will be provided to help you learn everything you need to know.In this role, you will help prepare, pack, and organize packages for shipment while keeping the workspace clean and efficient.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills.Responsibilities Receive and sort incoming packages and materials Pick and pack items accurately based on simple instructions Prepare packages for shipment, including sealing and labeling Organize packages in designated areas for delivery or pickup Check items for damage or missing parts and report any issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Assist with basic inventory tasks and stock replenishment Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team to meet daily goals Qualifications No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided Ability to perform picking & packing and packing tasks with accuracy Basic English skills to understand instructions and communicate with team members Strong attention to detail when handling and labeling packages Willingness to work in a team environment and support coworkers Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills Pay:$23.65 - $28.49 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:Remote.
