Execution Context Assigned to the transfer segment between inbound receipt and outbound dispatch.Work is organized by belt section and trailer lane, with volume distributed according to hourly throughput planning.Primary Handling Functions Packages arrive via conveyor or rolling cart.Each piece is lifted, oriented label-up, and scanned when required.Based on route code, items are:Placed to designated chute for secondary sort Built into rolling containers by delivery sequence Loaded directly into outbound trailers following wall-to-wall stacking protocol Irregular or damaged parcels are diverted to the exception rack for supervisor review using documented tagging procedures.Loading Framework Trailer loading follows weight distribution standards and sequential zone mapping.Gaps are minimized to maintain load stability.Final scan confirmation occurs prior to door close.Work Conditions Continuous movement, bending, and lifting within defined weight thresholds.Exposure to moving belts, dock plates, and powered equipment.Marked safety zones and PPE compliance are enforced.Scheduling & Training Fixed shift assignment.Paid procedural training covers safe lifting, conveyor interaction standards, and load configuration requirements.Employment requires authorization to work in the United States.Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants are considered without regard to legally protected characteristics.Job Types:Full-time, Temporary Pay:Up to $30.18 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Referral program Relocation assistance Work Location:On the road.
