GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Supervisor to lead daily outbound operations in our Transportation & Logistics warehouse department. You will supervise shipping teams, coordinate carrier pickups, ensure accurate and on‑time order fulfillment, and maintain inventory and documentation integrity. Using warehouse management systems and shipping software, you’ll monitor KPIs, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners, train and coach staff, and support GXO’s culture of safety, inclusivity, and operational excellence.
