Tired of unpredictable schedules, late nights, or weekend shifts? You'll play a key role in making sure customers receive the right materials for their projects—on time and ready to go. Prepare and stage materials for customer pickup and delivery Load and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse Assist customers and team members with locating materials Perform routine inventory checks and support stock accuracy Operate equipment (forklift experience a plus—training available) Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (not required) In return, you'll enjoy being part of a supportive team where your contributions matter, gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, and have opportunities for growth and development. 18 - $20 hourly Prepare orders and materials for pickup and delivery Safely deliver materials to customers or other locations as needed Organize and maintain inventory, displays, and stock samples Handle and dispose of materials properly (recycling, pallets, etc.) Perform general facility upkeep, including warehouse, showroom, and outdoor areas (cleaning, lawn care, snow removal) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfort with physical work, including lifting (ability to lift to 75 lbs) and moving materials At Carpet City Flooring Center, we believe that success starts with great people, and that's where you come in!
