Warehouse Picker/Packer & Driver About Us:We're a fast-growing local company operating self-checkout gourmet markets across Miami-Dade and South Broward.Our mission is to make premium food and beverage options accessible 24/7.We're looking for a hands-on, reliable, and organized team member with warehouse experience who's ready to take on a leadership role as we grow.Schedule:Part-time, mornings (typically until 1-2 PM) Opportunity to grow into a full-time or supervisory position What You'll Do:Pick, pack, and prepare daily product orders for store deliveries Drive to multiple store locations to deliver products safely and on time Maintain warehouse organization -- unloading, restocking, labeling, and rotating inventory Oversee and coordinate morning warehouse operations when needed Keep warehouse, vehicle, and storage areas clean and orderly Support store operations and assist with merchandising or restocks as required Requirements:Personal SUV or vehicle with large cargo space 2years of warehouse, logistics, or picker/packer experience Supervisory or lead experience preferred Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Clean driving record and 3years of driving experience Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs Dependable, organized, and English-speaking Why Join Us:Be part of an innovative, fast-growing local brand Opportunity to grow from part-time into a full-time or lead role Supportive, team-oriented work environment Flexible schedule and consistent morning hours Job Types:Part-time (with potential for full-time)Work Location:In person Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Ability to Commute:Doral, FL 33222 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Doral, FL 33222:Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
