Raicom is looking for dependable, consistent, and motivated individuals to join our Warehouse Flex Associate Program.This role is designed for people who want a flexible work schedule while helping support warehouse operations during busy periods.Flex Associates work as-needed shifts based on warehouse demand and may choose shifts that fit their availability.This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work while gaining experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.What You'll Do:As a Warehouse Flex Associate, you may assist with a variety of warehouse tasks, including:Picking and packing customer orders Sorting and organizing products Loading and unloading shipments Assisting with inventory counts Preparing shipments for delivery Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse workspace Flexible Shift Options Shifts are scheduled based on operational needs and employee availability.Typical shifts range from 4-8 hours a day.Available shift windows may include:Morning Shift - early warehouse operations and order preparation Mid-Day Shift - daytime order processing and inventory support Late Night Shift - evening support for shipping and next-day fulfillment What We're Looking For You live near Market St., Lewisburg, PA (within 15-20 minutes is ideal, but not required) You show up on time, work hard, and get along well with others You're comfortable with physical work and lifting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse during shifts Reliable transportation to the warehouse Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train you What You'll Get $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Overtime pay at 1.5x when applicable Fully HVAC warehouse and a stocked break room A fast-paced but family-like team environment Why Join the Raicom Flex Program?
