Warehouse production worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Production Worker to join our dynamic team.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the assembly and manufacturing processes within our warehouse environment.This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing to the efficient production of quality goods.Applicants should be organised, proactive, and eager to learn new techniques in warehouse operations. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools as directed Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Support the loading and unloading of materials from lorries or storage areas Conduct quality checks on products during various stages of production Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety standards are met Follow health and safety procedures at all times during shift Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and stocktaking activities Skills Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable for understanding equipment operation and troubleshooting issues Proficiency with hand tools and power tools to support assembly tasks Experience in assembly work within a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in warehouse operations, offering valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.#4002 Job Types:Full-time, Contract Pay:$19.00 - $19.50 per hour Work Location:In person.
