SmartTalent Staffing is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate to work in the Returns Department of a retail distribution center.(Details below) TITLE:Warehouse Returns LOCATION:Auburn, WA SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm PAY:$18 BENEFITS OFFERED:Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Opportunities for career growth Summary:Responsible for processing returned merchandise in a fast-paced distribution center environment.This role includes receiving and inspecting returned items, verifying product condition, accurately entering data into inventory systems, and determining proper disposition according to company guidelines.The associate ensures inventory accuracy, maintains organization of the returns area, and follows all safety and quality standards while meeting productivity goals.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.JOB FUNCTIONS & Responsibilities:Receive and process returned merchandise in a high-volume distribution center Inspect items for condition, accuracy, and compliance with return guidelines Sort, categorize, and route returns to the appropriate disposition areas Accurately enter return data into warehouse or inventory management systems Identify discrepancies and report issues to leadership as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures Work collaboratively with team members and support overall warehouse operations REQUIREMENT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:Previous warehouse, distribution center, or returns processing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a full shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team SmartTalent Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.#STHMG #STHMG Telecom Communications Privacy Notice:By submitting for this position you will receive a text message from us and you agree and authorize us to send you text messages; you can reply STOP at any tim e to opt-out of text messaging from us..
