We are small business located in Ukiah, CA looking to expand our crew with one warehouse staffer. This position is Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm, starting at $18 per hour. Duties for this shift would Include resetting the inventory shelves, safely packing glass for shipment, assisting with cap-and-label of completed product, and limited customer service interactions with walk-ins. There are also additional opportunities to work in-person sales events on the weekends on a commission basis for additional income, which would require a drivers license and a clean driving record. Responsibilities for The warehouse packing assistant role include the following: Prepare and complete orders for shipping according to the schedule (pull, check, wrap, label). Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store). Keep a clean and safe working environment. Report any discrepancies or stock shortages so they can be corrected. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. Be able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs safely. Be able to work your station standing. The nature of the work doesn't allow for the job to be done from a seated position. Needs to be self motivated and able to perform the tasks they are trained on with minimal supervision. For in-person sales events: A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
