Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Stocker to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized warehouse operations.This role is vital to ensuring smooth product flow, accurate inventory control, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail or distribution environment.Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse equipment are preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.The Warehouse Stocker plays a key role in supporting overall store or warehouse functions, including shipping & receiving, merchandising, and maintaining a clean workspace.Responsibilities Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper inventory management and control procedures Organize and arrange products on shelves or storage areas according to merchandising standards Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks Ensure products are properly packaged and labeled for distribution or sale Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment Support retail sales activities by replenishing stock on the sales floor as needed Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks Communicate effectively with team members across different shifts and departments Perform routine maintenance on equipment and work areas to ensure operational efficiency Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management Experience with RF scanners, forklift operation, pallet jacks, and shipping & receiving procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse work environments Knowledge of retail math for stock calculations and inventory control Familiarity with grocery store operations, produce handling, merchandising, and customer service is advantageous Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving items throughout shifts Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable warehouse skills within a dynamic team environment.Candidates should be proactive, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in all tasks performed.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $18.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
