Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift receiving

We are seeking a results-driven Shift Supervisor to lead Receiving Department operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily shift activities, optimizing staffing and equipment usage, and driving continuous improvement across operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate shift operations to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals Assign work and manage staffing to maximize efficiency Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive team environment Maintain accurate operational records and support performance tracking Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and work rules Support employee relations and participate in process improvement initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience 3+ years of supervisory or related experience Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills Proficient in computer systems and operational tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization Experience with LEAN principles or continuous improvement teams preferred EOE
