We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics.MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.Responsibilities Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work.Team building, time keeping, and conducting new hire training Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance Organize and maintain the work area.Communicate job expectations and coach employees Determine staffing levels and assign workload Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems Maintain items records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices Schedule:Sun- Friday 7am-finish (average 10-12 hours per day) Pay rate:$65,000-$70,000 per year Potential weekly incentives Benefits:Health Insurance- after 60 days PTO- after 90 days 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-demand pay Experience Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, speak, understand) Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating Must be flexible with start time Must be able to work one weekend day during peak Have a positive, solution-focused attitude Must undergo a background check Must pass a drug test Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations Strong organizational and time management skills Join our team as a warehouse supervisor, where you can make a significant impact on our operations while leading a dedicated team toward success!
