The Role The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations and procedures in order to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency so that all product, supply and equipment needs are met throughout the venue. Under the direction management, this individual will be supporting the preparation process for events by overseeing tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff. A top priority will be to ensure that the highest levels of safety, organization and sanitation are maintained throughout all warehousing and storage areas. Responsibilities Coordinates and plans all warehousing activities with Management team. Delegates responsibilities to Warehouse associates. Assists with the intake of deliveries by receiving, storing and distributing all items to the designated storage locations. Oversees the proper execution of delivering food, beverage and other products throughout the venue in a safe andtimely manner. Collects invoices from all new product deliveries as they are received.
