We are not afraid to think differently, and we actively empower our members to get creative to help find solutions, ensuring steady continuous improvement.1st Shift, Monday thru Friday 6a-2p Competitive pay with Monthly Bonus, potential to earn up to $21/hour Cross training programs to increase hourly rate up to $3 per year PTO offered IMMEDIATELY Premium FREE Employee Healthcare 401k with Company Match Job Description:Operate machinery effectively to fulfill customer orders.Assemble and package orders according to customer specifications.Operate forklifts and utilize overhead cranes to move material.Use electronic ERP system to complete paperwork and verify order information.Engage in ongoing training events like LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process sessions.Adhere to safety protocols by wearing appropriate PPE.Timely completion of all necessary paperwork to ensure smooth order processing.Requirements:Successful completion of drug test and background check.Willing to Learn:No experience required - we will train you!
