Excel Staffing has partnered with one of the top warehousing companies in the Bloomington, MN area.We are actively recruiting candidates for a Warehouse/Order Selector position on a 2nd shift.Excellent, temp to hire opportunity with a great company! Full benefits upon permanent hire.-Warehouse/Order Selector- Job Description:Provide general warehouse support to the warehouse operation(s) in an effort to ensure quality of product while maintaining above average shipping details.Responsible for ordering picking for a majority of the shift, daily.Pull and prepare product for shipping.Check all orders to ensure accuracy.Perform physical inventories and daily cycle counts.Will be trained, certified, and willing to use a variety of power lift equipment on site.Qualifications, Skills, Education Required:MUST have previous experience as an Order Selector/Order Picker, where order picking is the majority of your daily tasks.2-3 years demonstrated experience in receiving, shipping, locator systems and inventory control/management.MUST have either 2-3years of Cherry Picker/Stand-Up Forklift experience.If no experience with either of those, then candidate MUST have 5years of Sit-Down Forklift experience.(Stock/Cherry Picker experience is preferred) Basic math skills including counting accuracy.RF Scanner experience.Basic data entry skills.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.from floor to approximately 6 feet high Ability to follow detailed instructions, prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently.Good verbal communication.Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
