Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Industrial Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations and requires someone who is organized, accurate, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical work, including frequent heavy lifting, and take pride in maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately Build, pack, and organize skids/pallets for shipment Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Assist with receiving, stocking, and cycle counts Ensure all packed orders are accurate and shipment-ready Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work closely with team members to ensure orders are completed on time Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Requirements Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred, but not required Forklift certification or experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Stable full-time employment Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Schedule Monday–Friday Day shift Overtime opportunities available Apply Today : If you are hardworking, organized, and ready to be part of a strong team, we would love to hear from you.
