Job Overview This position is within a wholesale lighting warehouse that receives and ships light bulbs.The role involves essential warehouse operations in a competitive environment, focusing on performance and customer service.No decision-making authority is granted in this role.Responsibilities and Duties Order Fulfillment:Pick orders, verify item accuracy and quantity, and stock shelves/inventory.Logistics:Load and unload trucks, and break-up pallets.Workplace Standards:Maintain hygiene and appearance, share job knowledge, and perform assigned duties.Qualifications and Skills Basic Qualifications Age 21+, high school diploma/equivalent.Valid driver's license with clean driving records (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years, no DUI in 5 years).Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.English proficiency (speak, understand, read, write).Comfortable with heights.Skills & Knowledge Ability to read instructions, road maps, and order picking tickets.Basic math skills and effective listening/communication skills.Must pass required forklift/order picker training and operate equipment.Key Performance Indicators Metrics include attendance, quality (minimizing damage/loss), accuracy (correct orders), efficiency (timeliness of deliveries), customer feedback, and following instructions.Pay:$15.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
