Warehouse Worker

General Function The Warehouse Worker is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse or production areas using a forklift or other equipment.This role ensures accurate handling of inventory while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Major Duties & Responsibilities Load and unload materials using a forklift or other equipment Move stock within the warehouse and transport materials to production areas Count and weigh materials or containers and record data accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load trucks and ensure proper handling of goods Maintain warehouse cleanliness (sweeping floors, cleaning spills, etc.) Organize inventory and storage areas efficiently Follow all safety and environmental procedures Assist with general warehouse operations as needed Knowledge & Skills Strong attention to detail Excellent punctuality and reliability Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible and team-oriented attitude Basic knowledge of safety and environmental procedures Experience Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred Education High school diploma or equivalent required #4002 Job Types:Full-time, Contract Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
