Electrical Warehouseman (Must Have Electrical Material Knowledge) Company Profile - Well established electrical contractor - providing electrical installations and maintenance on residential and commercial projects.Work areas include Nassau & Suffolk counties.We feel that an employee is a valued team member and needs to be treated properly through compensation.Job Summary - We are seeking a highly motivated & experienced warehouseman with electrical material knowledge to join our team.You will oversee all warehouse operations - ensure receiving, distribution and storage all run smoothly and efficiently.Making sure our crews have all materials that they require.Verifying company vehicles, equipment and tools are up to date and serviced.Job Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.Ensure inventory is organized and in stock at all times.Pull and order materials on time and within budget.Monitor that deliveries of supplies and equipment arrive at job sites per schedule.Tracking & servicing tools, ladders, drills, generators and more, keeping replacement costs to a minimum.Maintain records and schedule routine maintenance on equipment, tools & vehicles.Coordinate repair of equipment and vehicles if needed.Transportation of lifts, gang boxes, tools, etc.between shop and job sites.Monday - Friday 6:30 - 3:30 (Hours may vary to assist certain projects.Some overtime required).Requirements - Must have a Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.Must be proficient in Google Software (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).Must be able to lift heavy packages - 50 lbs.Must have knowledge of electrical materials.Must be reliable, dependable and motivated.Compensation - Salary based on experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Vacations/Sick/Holidays Pension available Job Type:Full-time Pay:$45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Experience:Electrical:1 year (Required) Language:English (Required) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person.
