Waste Collection Route Crew

The Junk Removers is hiring a strong-willed individual with the drive and work ethic to take over our Trash and Recycling route. This position requires a mix of driving and labor . We are looking for someone responsible and intelligent to help us keep our route running efficiently and safely. No experience necessary, but preferred. We will train you. Job Responsibilities Report at 6am and begin route on phone/tablet Collect trash and recycling from our residential and commercial customers Mark your progress in the app Safely operate RAM 3500 light dump truck (no CDL required) Dump trash and single stream recycling in appropriate location at transfer station Assist in warehouse and junk removal tasks as needed Work alone and take ownership of the route Report to Operations Manager Job Details $18 to start with performance based monthly bonuses 6am to 2pm Tuesday through Saturday Overtime available on Mondays Weekly pay Paid time off/vacation/sick time Tips and incentives Google Review bonus 5% sales commision Employee refferal bonus Job Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Pass drug screen Pass background check Must speak/read English Must be able to use phone/tablet/gps Must have reliable transportation to and from our warehouse Must be available 2 Mondays a month to assist team Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card (we will reimburse) Serious inquiries only, please.
