Primary Responsibilities Provide priority response to potential customers Establish and maintain positive customer relationships Educate customers on the remediation process Obtain site photos, create an accurate sketch of all affected areas, and create an initial estimate and scope of work for all projects Analyze labor, equipment, and time requirements for each project Recognize project constraints Deliver a consistent and well-defined estimate using estimating platform Conduct site visits as needed throughout project life Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma required, associate or bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 2 years' experience in estimating and/or insurance adjusting Superb customer service track record Effective written and oral communication skills Proficient use of Xactimate and DocuSketch preferred Advanced math skills Must have good driving record Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Normal schedule is 8.5-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Due to the emergency response nature of the business, this position frequently requires evening work, rotational on-call requirements, weekend work, and long hours beyond the normal schedule. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
