Job Responsibilities:Assess properties to determine the extent of water, fire, and mold damage Scope and document damage, create sketches, and develop estimates for repairs Perform restorative work:Clean-up of storm damage and fire damage, water extraction, demolition, drying, and mold remediation Use industry-standard equipment and software for estimates and reports Communicate effectively with property owners, adjusters, and team members Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure high-quality work Qualifications:Experience:At least some experience in restoration (water, fire, and/or mold) is required Skills:Ability to scope, sketch, and estimate damages accurately Knowledge:Familiarity with industry standards, equipment, and restoration processes Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand, kneel, and work in challenging conditions License & Certifications:IICRC certification is a plus; a valid driver's license is required Why Join Us?
