Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate water restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and motivation to optimize performance and safety.Assess damage sites thoroughly to develop effective action plans for water extraction, drying, cleaning, and mold prevention.Manage project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to meet client expectations.Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and project outcomes for quality control and reporting purposes.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all restoration activities.Communicate clearly with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work with a focus on water damage restoration or related fields.Supervising experience in management roles within hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, laundry services, and housekeeper management is a plus.Excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Ability to assess damage accurately and develop strategic plans for restoration efforts.Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and external partners.Join us as a Water Restoration Manager and make a meaningful impact by restoring properties--and peace of mind--to our valued clients!
