We specialize in water damage cleanup, structural drying, and property restoration. Responsibilities: This role would be considered a Team lead in the following areas: Working on job sites providing the following services: · Water pumping and extraction · Mold remediation · Moving & re-setting contents · Selective demolition as required to accommodate the drying process · Debris disposal · Setting drying equipment · Carpet or hard surface cleaning · Capable of moisture mapping the affected area, inclusive of temperature, relative humidity, & moisture content readings Participating as directed in the following activities: · Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections · Ensure vehicle is cleaned and restocked at end of shift · Constructing polyethylene enclosures · Maintaining equipment · Practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite · Provide excellent customer service · Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines · Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information · Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment · Compl
