Job Summary This is an opportunity for a salary based job plus commissions!! We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Waterproofing Building Materials Salesman to join our team! In this role, you will be the key driver in promoting and selling high-quality waterproofing solutions designed for construction and renovation projects.Your energetic approach will help you build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that ensure their structures are protected from water damage.This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contribute to building durable structures, and grow your sales expertise.Responsibilities Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the waterproofing building materials market Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, builders, and project managers Provide expert advice on waterproofing products, installation techniques, and project specifications Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our waterproofing solutions Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and secure repeat business Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with customer needs Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to stay ahead in the market Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably within construction materials or related industries Strong understanding of waterproofing building materials and their applications in construction projects Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and address client concerns effectively Exceptional communication skills for engaging presentations and negotiations Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to achieve sales targets and expand client base Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits Join us if you're passionate about helping clients protect their investments through innovative waterproofing solutions!
