Our name says it all: we want to sugar our clients with love! A current aesthetic or cosmetology license. A background in waxing and skin care is highly encouraged. A sugaring background is not necessary, but it’s a nice perk! Responsibilities : Provide education-oriented skin services (we teach our clients about proper skin care when we wax) Develop rapport quickly with clientele Perform full body waxing & sugaring services on men and women Skin Consultations Maintain a sanitary work station and assist with sanitation throughout the salon Sell memberships and products Attend employee education & development meetings (monthly or bi-monthly) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Parental leave Referral program Work Location: In person
