The following qualities are what we look for when we hire new waxing specialists: 5 years of experience in waxing or sugaring Expert waxer, can complete Brazilian under 10-12 minutes Work comfortably in fast paced enviornment with back to back appointments Extremely good in understanding client needs and educating Successful and proven track record of repeat clients Good with sales in pre booking clients and selling packages An extremely strong work ethic Extremely driven by money who understands compensation is directly related to building clientelle Available to work on Friday, Saturday, and weekday shifts A talent to make people smile and laugh. A desire to help others feel good about themselves.
