Duties Safely operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other commercial vehicles Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Follow designated routes for delivery and pick-up schedules, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Manage documentation related to deliveries, including logs, delivery receipts, and route reports Maintain communication with dispatchers regarding route progress, delays, or issues encountered during trips Assist in securing cargo properly to prevent damage during transit and ensure load stability Skills Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on delivery routes and freight handling Strong knowledge of manual transmission operation and tractor-trailer controls Familiarity with operating refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or other equipment as needed Excellent driving record with a solid understanding of commercial driving regulations Experience with route planning and navigation for efficient deliveries Physical stamina for long hours on the road and the ability to perform vehicle inspections diligently Join us as a Truck Driver and become an essential part of our logistics success!
