People Leadership & Team Building: Act as a dedicated "leader of people." You will be responsible for building, molding, mentoring, and bringing teams together. Foster a world-class engineering culture based on collaboration, ownership, and technical excellence. This may be based on direct team, or the broader team - and with a combination of AI agents. Architectural Vision: Drive the architectural vision for platform integration, ensuring that new solutions are built on a scalable, resilient, and unified foundation.
