Job Description ECS is seeking a Web Software Developer to work remotely . Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding. We are seeking a Web Software Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable, cloud‑native web applications on AWS. This role focuses on modern containerized architectures, Kubernetes-based deployments, and full‑stack web development. Candidates will work in an agile, cloud‑first environment. Responsibilities Design and develop cloud‑native web applications using AWS infrastructure Deploy and manage applications in Amazon EKS Build, containerize, and maintain services using Docker and Kubernetes Develop scalable backend services using: Node.js Python Django Go (nice to have) Build and maintain modern front‑end applications using React Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability Follow best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and container orchestration Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews Salary Range: $165,000 - $220,000 Required Skills Active Secret Clearance Strong experience with AWS-native infrastructure Hands-on experience deploying applications to EKS Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, or other scalable container technologies Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, and/or Django Front‑end development experience with React Experience building and supporting scalable web applications Desired Skills Strong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and cloud security best practices Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, data, and platform teams ECS Federal LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
