The listed pay range or pay rate reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time). Pay Range: $59,696.00 - $77,625.60 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position Overview SUMMARY: The Website Digital Content Coordinator maintains the daily presence of Capital Health across all web, email and social media platforms. This role manages high-quality digital content to ensure healthcare consumers can easily find and access care information, serves as a multimedia creator and executes email campaigns to drive community engagement. The role also monitors SEO and site health and ensures inclusive communication by translating content for Spanish-speaking audiences and assisting with community-focused digital education programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Execute regular content updates across all Capital Health websites to ensure information is accurate and current Maintain online business listings and physician directory profiles to improve local search visibility and patient access Assist with the optimization of website content, metadata and site structure to enhance search engine (SEO) and generative engine (GEO) performance Assist with tracking and reporting on digital asset performance to provide insights into user behavior and marketing effectiveness Develop and launch email marketing campaigns designed to increase community engagement and service conversions Partner with leaders to produce short-form videos, handling all phases of production, including development, filming, editing and uploading the final product Capture professional photography at hospital events and services for use in marketing and public relations materials Translate digital and email content into Spanish to ensure accessibility for a diverse patient population Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and messages sent in Spanish to maintain inclusive community relations Collaborate with the Community Health Education team to manage and promote online digital education programs Provide on-site support at community events, which may include occasional evening or weekend coverage Perform other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in communication, social/digital media, marketing, journalism or a related field is preferred. Experience: Three years of professional experience working with social media across major platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, YouTube, X, Instagram and Pinterest. Must include experience with photography and videography with the ability to independently film, record and edit content. Knowledge and Skills : Fluency in written and conversational Spanish, including the ability to translate and interpret content accurately. Demonstrated proficiency in writing and editing, with a focus on short-form video production and editing. Familiarity with AP Style and strategic research methods. Special Training : Proficiency in industry-standard video editing and SEO software. Mental, Behavioral and Emotional Abilities : Proven ability to prioritize tasks and quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment. Natural ability to stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple deadlines. High level of interpersonal communication for collaborating across departments.
