Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression. Serve breakfast items efficiently with attention to presentation and quality. Prepare and handle food items following strict food safety and hygiene standards, including basic food preparation tasks. Clean tables promptly, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift to uphold high standards of sanitation. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, respond promptly to requests, and ensure complete satisfaction. Follow all food handling procedures, dietary guidelines, and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for everyone. Experience Prior experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in breakfast or brunch service. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Experience serving food and beverages confidently in fast-paced settings. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards within the food industry. Previous roles as a dietary aide or in hospitality settings will support your success in maintaining high standards of food handling and guest care.
