Join our vibrant team as a Weekend Day Server, where your enthusiasm and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests.This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, fine dining environment and are passionate about food, hospitality, and guest relations.As a Weekend Day Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, managing food and beverage orders efficiently, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.Your positive attitude and attention to detail will be key to fostering a welcoming atmosphere that highlights our commitment to excellence.Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and tips Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and ensuring sanitation standards are met in compliance with food safety regulations Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and manage wait times effectively Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations Promote a positive guest experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Support other team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service delivery Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess roles or food handling is beneficial Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations quickly and effectively Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting are essential Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.We value energetic team players who are dedicated to creating welcoming atmospheres where every guest feels valued.This is your opportunity to grow within a supportive team that celebrates your enthusiasm for food service excellence!
