About Us:Otto's Kitchen & Comfort is a busy local brunch spot dedicated to great food and a welcoming atmosphere.We are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join our team and help us maintain a clean and efficient kitchen on the weekends.Job Description:We are seeking a hardworking Weekend Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly.This role is vital to our operation and ensures our chefs have the tools they need to succeed.If you take pride in a job well done and are looking for consistent weekend work, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:Operate the commercial dishwasher and wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils by hand as needed.Keep the dish area clean, organized, and free of clutter.Sweep and mop kitchen floors at the end of the shift.Assist with basic food prep as requested by the kitchen team.Break down cardboard and dispose of trash and recycling properly.Put away clean dishes and supplies in their proper places.Schedule:Weekends only (Both Saturday and Sunday required).Approximately 8 hours per day (specific shift times can be discussed during interview).Requirements:Must be at least 17 years old.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.Reliable transportation to get to work on time.A smart worker mentality--able to work efficiently, follow directions, and manage time well without constant supervision.Team player with a positive attitude.No previous restaurant experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate!
