Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards Maintain a clean work environment by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow during busy service times and special events. Follow all food handling safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic workspace. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during peak hours to support overall restaurant service. Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or cleaning supplies. Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and sanitation standards related to cleaning and food handling. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support various restaurant functions.
