OverviewWho wants a 3 day work week Join our team as a Weekend General Labor/Assembly Associate and become a vital part of our manufacturing operation! This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to our production but want more of a work/ life balance! Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5 am until 5:30 pm and be done for the week!! Duties Working with glass May use nail guns, miter saws, drills, screw gun, etc.Apply hardware and weather strip to wood frames and doors using a hand drill.May operate saws to cut and trim wood parts to size.Lifting up to 30lbs frequently throughout the day Standing for entirety of the shift Fast paced environment Requirements Solid 1-2 years of work history, preferably in an assembly or manufacturing environment.Also, will consider someone just out of school starting their career, or taking a break from college.Great attendance is a must.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication.Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.Embark on a rewarding weekend role where your skills help drive production success!
