Weekend In-Home High Acuity RN

Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced In-Home High Acuity Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, with experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Neonatal Care Unit (NCU). Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions in their home environment. Manage care for the patient who has Tracheostomy. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and the patient's family. Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in the patient's condition promptly. Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and lifestyle adjustments. Qualifications RN or LPN license with proven experience in critical care, ICU, and NCU. Expertise in managing patients with oxygen support and tracheotomy . Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a home care setting. Schedule Saturday and Sunday Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Application Question(s) Do you have experience with a patient that has a Tracheostomy ? Do you experience with a ventilator ? This position is for the weekend. Are you able to work 12 hrs shifts on Saturday and Sunday's?
