Job OverviewWe are seeking an reliable Weekend Janitorial and Maintenance Worker to keep our guest facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained.This role is perfect for someone looking to bring in extra income with a casual and flexible schedule.The work needs to be completed when business is closed between the hours of 6pm and 10am.You will perform a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to assure our guest spaces are clean and operational.If desired, additional office cleaning can be added to a monthly schedule.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, decks, restrooms, retail space and offices, using cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal and stocking supplies.Assist with minor repairs and maintenance to ensure safety and functionality of the premises Maintain cleanliness standards by following established protocols and safety guidelines at all times Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Qualifications Experience with janitorial and custodial experience in a commercial or residential setting is a plus Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and upkeep Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently during weekend shifts Reliable and dependable Join us in creating a clean, safe environment that everyone can enjoy!
