About the Role: The Weekend Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and services. This is a full-time position, working weekends, with occasional weekday coverage as needed. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be working closely with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure that all residents receive personalized care and support. You will be responsible for coordinating staff assignments, managing workflows, and addressing any resident concerns or issues that arise. Responsibilities: Supervise a team of caregivers and other facility staff on weekends to ensure seamless coverage and high-quality care. Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and ensure that all needs are being met. Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. Identify and address any issues or concerns affecting resident care and quality of life. Maintain accurate records of resident care, incidents, and staff performance. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as nursing, healthcare administration, or social work) preferred. At least 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
