Weekend Supervisor At our manufacturing facility in Wayne, MI, we are seeking an experienced Weekend Supervisor to oversee our operations during the weekends. As a leading provider of high-quality products and services to businesses across the region, we are committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment, even outside of our standard weekday hours. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled technicians and ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes. Your key duties will include: Monitoring and coordinating the work of the weekend production team Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards Troubleshooting any issues that arise and implementing immediate solutions Communicating with the weekday management team to provide updates and coordinate handoffs Maintaining accurate records and documentation of weekend activities To be successful in this position, you must have a strong background in supervision, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Familiarity with manufacturing operations and a keen eye for detail are also essential.
