Weekend Supper Club Server (18+)

Overview MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK AT 3p! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry and MUST BE 18+! As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff. Provide recommendations on menu items, including specials and pairings, to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Manage multiple tables efficiently, demonstrating strong time management skills to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, utensils, and other equipment as required. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of sanitation practices in food handling is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
