Our mission is to support emotional wellness through accessible and high-quality mental health services that empower clients and strengthen communities. Position Overview WWC is seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to provide weekend outpatient therapy services for adults. The ideal candidate is experienced in trauma-informed care and comfortable supporting individuals with a range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. This position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental hours, weekend availability, or a flexible outpatient therapy role. Primary ResponsibilitiesClinical Services Provide individual therapy services to adult clients Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic approaches Support clients experiencing: Anxiety Depression Trauma/PTSD Grief and loss Relationship concerns Emotional regulation difficulties Stress and burnout Life transitions Treatment & Care Coordination Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with internal providers and referral sources when appropriate Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed Maintain ethical and professional standards of care Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active Pennsylvania clinical license preferred: LPC LCSW LMFT Psychologist License-eligible candidates may be considered Experience working with adult populations Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience Experience with telehealth services Knowledge of CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, or other evidence-based modalities Experience supporting clients with trauma histories and complex emotional needs WWC Values We are seeking clinicians who value: Compassionate care Cultural responsiveness Collaboration Professional growth Emotional wellness Client-centered treatment Benefits of Joining WWC Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative environment Opportunity to help shape a growing practice Administrative support Meaningful community impact Compensation Compensation is competitive and based on: Experience Licensure status Session volume Contractual agreement To Apply Please submit Resume/CV License information (if applicable) Brief statement of interest Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
