We manage a portfolio of short-term rental homes around Lake Conroe and are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented contractor to handle weekly trash service for a set route.This role is simple and consistent:You will drive your own vehicle to each property, roll trash bins out to the curb, and return them after pickup each week.This is a flexible side job with predictable weekly routes and no weekend requirements.Independent Contractor (1099)$45 per active property per month Currently 10 properties ($450/month) This role is best suited for someone who lives near:Walden on Lake Conroe April Sound Montgomery / 77356 Willis / Lake Conroe area The closer you are to these neighborhoods, the more efficient (and higher-paying per hour) this role becomes.Sample Route:Monday Morning (45-60 min)Pull bins out - April Sound part of Walden Monday Evening (75-90 min)Pull those bins inThen pull remaining Walden homes out Monday Night or Tuesday Morning (30-40 min)Pull Willis homes out Tuesday Evening (75-90 min)Pull all Walden Willis bins in Estimated weekly time:5-6 hoursEstimated monthly time:20-24 hours Pay:$45 per active property per monthCurrently 10 properties = $450/month Estimated effective rate: $20-24/hour, depending on efficiency and occupancy As additional homes are added to this route, your monthly income increases.Many new properties are in the same neighborhoods, meaning more income with minimal added time.Responsibilities:Drive your own vehicle to assigned properties Roll trash bins to the curb on scheduled days Return bins after pickup Upload a quick photo for verification (via mobile app) Report any obvious exterior issues (overflow trash, damage, etc.) Follow a consistent weekly route Requirements:Must live near Lake Conroe / Montgomery / Willis area Reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Smartphone Proof of auto insurance Able to pass a background check Extremely dependable (this role is simple, but consistency is critical) Pay:$19.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
