Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Weigh up/Scooping Bubble Operator to join our manufacturing team.In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing, scooping, and handling bubble products to ensure quality standards are met and production runs smoothly.Your energetic approach will help maintain efficient operations on the production line, supporting the overall success of our manufacturing facility.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and teamwork are essential. Duties Accurately measure and prepare raw materials based on production orders and established procedures. Assemble raw goods pallets efficiently, ensuring correct components and organization. Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain high standards of quality productivity. Perform additional duties and assist in other departments as directed by leadership to meet production needs. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment in compliance with company standards. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing experience preferred, especially within a manufacturing facility environment Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Read and follow detailed instructions, production paperwork, and measurement guidelines. Ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients to exact specifications, minimizing waste and ensuring product quality. Able to maintain a clean and orderly work area, follow batching procedures, and keep paperwork and materials properly labeled and stored. Work effectively with co-workers and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues promptly.
