Welder - 2nd Shift

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Welder for a growing manufacturing company in Spartanburg County, South Carolina! This is a 2nd shift Monday to Thursday, contract to hire position, with a starting pay at $28 (including shift premium), and comprehensive benefits available through the employer at time of hire. Benefits included: Competitive starting pay with shift premium 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday schedule) Contract to hire position with comprehensive employer-sponsored benefits available upon permanent hire Welder Job Responsibilities: Perform accurate and efficient welding of parts and products according to blueprints and specifications Utilize fixtures and follow established welding procedures for each specific product Maintain consistent quality standards while meeting production goals Inspect finished welds to ensure proper speed, accuracy, and workmanship Maintain organized work area and adhere to all safety procedures Prepare workstation at start of shift and complete proper shutdown procedures Report equipment issues or process improvements to supervisor Welder Requirements and Qualifications: Welding Certification required 3+ years of professional welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to pass a weld test as part of the hiring process Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and in a team environment Commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance
