Welder/Fabricator Knowledge, skills and abilities needed are: Ability to weld in a variety of positions. Knowledge of aluminum, stainless and carbon steels and the various processes of welding them. Layout, fit & weld fabricated components. Lift heavy objects and work in a variety of awkward positions, while bending, stooping, or standing to perform work. Flux, stick, MIG, TIG, carbon arc and full pen. Understand repair techniques. Press, heat, shrink assemblies. Positive workplace attitude and ability to work well with others.
