Welder

**Shift: Monday-Friday, regular day shift hours Duration: 2-3 months Pay range: $25.00- $27.27/hr. Onsite Job Interviews will include a weld test so workers will need to bring their welding helmet, welding gloves, etc along with wearing steel toed boots to the interviews which will be onsite. What You’ll Do** • MIG weld basic steel joints Be able to teach MIG weld basic to others Basic cart assembly Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections. Uphold company ethics and safety standards. What You Bring • Ability to read and write in English. Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools. 2+ years of welding experience (preferred). Strong understanding of safety protocols. Work Environment & Physical Requirements • Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting. Regular communication, hand use, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs). Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually.
