Company OverviewCustom Dredge Works, Inc.is a leading manufacturer of semi-portable hydraulic dredging equipment, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for our clients.We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of quality and excellence in every product we create.Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Welding Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of welded components through rigorous inspection and adherence to industry standards.Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality dredging equipment that meets all regulatory and customer specifications.Duties Conduct thorough visual inspections of welded parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems Verify weld integrity and detect defects early in production Record detailed data collection logs during inspections and compile comprehensive quality reports for review Coordinate with manufacturing teams to address any non-conformances identified during inspections Experience Proven experience in quality inspection within manufacturing environments, especially involving welding processes Familiarity with quality management Knowledge of industry standards including FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and QA/QC protocols Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems Strong analysis skills to interpret inspection data accurately and identify areas for improvement Experience performing quality audits and implementing corrective actions to enhance overall quality assurance efforts Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to excellence!
