Position Overview The SoCal Spa Wellness Collective is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wellness Collective Curator to join our growing team. This is a remote administrative contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys communication, organization, and event coordination. As a small but growing team of four, along with our community ambassadors, this role works closely with both the CEO and Manager on a daily basis and plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Collective. We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, adaptable, and driven with strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude. This position begins at approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during busy seasons or event periods. Candidates must reside in Southern California and be available to attend occasional in-person events approximately every two months. Travel expenses for events will be covered. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable working extensively within Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive, including file organization and file sharing management. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required, particularly Microsoft Excel. Candidates should be comfortable with basic spreadsheet formulas, formatting, editing sheets, merging cells, and maintaining organized data systems. Because communication is at the heart of our organization, we are looking for someone who is both warm and professional in their writing style. This role involves drafting and responding to a high volume of emails, so candidates must be creative, adaptable, and able to mirror the tone and voice of the company in a polished and thoughtful way. Candidates should also have experience using Canva to create and edit flyers, graphics, presentations, and branded materials for events, emails, and community outreach efforts. A creative eye and ability to create polished, visually appealing materials is highly valued. Key Responsibilities ● Manage day-to-day administrative operations and member communications ● Respond to emails and inquiries from members and partners in a timely and professional manner ● Draft emails and written communications that reflect the warm, polished voice of the company ● Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and internal data systems with exceptional accuracy ● Organize and manage files within Google Drive and shared systems ● Create and manage contracts for memberships, partnerships, and events ● Track payment receipts and send follow-up reminders as needed ● Maintain lead lists and support communication outreach efforts ● Create and edit flyers, graphics, and branded materials using Canva ● Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and administrative support for Collective initiatives ● Assist with planning and execution of in-person events alongside the CEO and Manager ● Communicate regularly with internal team members, ambassadors, and external partners ● Conduct phone calls with members and partners as needed Qualifications ● Minimum of 2 years of administrative or related professional experience required ● Strong written and verbal communication skills ● Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities ● Highly proficient in Google Workspace, especially Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive ● Knowledge of file organization and file sharing systems is required ● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel ● Comfortable using basic spreadsheet formulas and formatting tools, including edit
